Our Hiring Process

We look for passion and initiative within our potential employees, and we try to hire from referrals as often as possible. Potential candidates must possess the ability to treat our clients with the dignity and respect that they deserve. New employees work with other members of our team to ensure they have what it takes personally and technically to represent us well.
When interviewing we like to invite the candidate’s significant other to attend a lunch or dinner so we can speak to them directly and let them experience our leadership and vision. . Doing this has been invaluable to our company.
Within a 90-day period, we’re able to determine whether a new hire possesses the qualities and skills necessary to continue as a Tier One employee. When we hire a new employee, we expect them to comply with our value statement, which is to be honest in our recommendations and assessments for clients.
